PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Providing clerical support to the Account Specialist and Analyst, assisting with correspondence by retrieving and matching documents to the customer’s request, handling disputes or complaints, answering incoming calls, and other office duties as assigned.

 

 

 

REQUIRMENTS:

§ High School diploma or equivalent

§ Ability to work under time constraints

§ Must have a positive attitude in dealing with the public on the phone

§ Basic 10 key experience

§ Knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook

§ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
