ICR Administrator

Noble Logistics, Inc. (NLI) is a privately held provider of time critical dedicated logistic and distribution services in over 34 high growth markets throughout the United States. We provide transportation solutions through our broad network of independent contract drivers in the following industries: auto dealerships, auto parts retail stores, auto parts manufacturers, printing companies, and suppliers of medical, pharmacy, optical goods, and more. We provide independent contract drivers (using their own vehicles) for our customers who have elected to outsource their current delivery program.

NLI is seeking an ICR Administrator for our Corporate office who can professionally and efficiently report to ICR management staff and work well with many departments.

 

Responsibilities:

 Extensive verification of incoming filesAccurate review and reconciliation of 3,000 invoices per month High volume filing, data entry, and email. Coordination of all newspaper ad placements Completion of all driver verifications

Knowledge/Skills:

 Excellent Typing skills with ability to communicate professionally via email. Ability to navigate Microsoft Office programs and Internet with easeStrong attention to detail a mustAbility to work independentlyAbility to multi-task2+ years fast-paced office experience required
