International Marketing Manager

Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Marketing of a 66 year old, debt free, privately held truckload carrier with revenues nearing $200 million, with a modern fleet of 1,350 tractors and over 3,000 trailers, providing irregular route service to 48 states and Mexico, servicing many Fortune 500 customers. Responsible for development of the El Paso and Texas panhandle areas, as well as crossing the border frequently to develop business with the Maquilas, both outbound and inbound at both Juarez and Chihuahua. Coordinates complete sales cycle process including lead generation, prospect qualification, analysis, and presentation(s), start-up and customer service follow-up after the sale.  Challenge is to continually add new customers and prevent layovers.

 Background Required:
• Truckload Direct Sales
• Bilingual, English/Spanish
• Demonstrated National Account Management
• Time & Territory Management Reporting Processes
• Residence: El Paso, TX area, (home office environment or terminal office)
