Inventory Control Supervisor

Main responsibilities include supervising inventory control operation in a 1 million square foot, high volume, food grade warehouse. Serve as activity coordinator making sure that information critical to inventory and invoicing at location is completed timely and accurately. Maintaining productivity, quality and service standards and reports, all other related duties as assigned in a high volume, fast paced environment. This is an exempt level position providing leadership and supervision of warehouse associates to ensure a high level of productivity, quality, service standards, and reporting. Responsible for safety and operational training of staff; interviewing, hiring and training of associates as well as planning, assigning and directing work assignments.The ideal candidate will have strong problem solving and customer service orientation needed to pro actively interpret customer needs and requirements and offer solutions to meet those needs. Must have proven track record in developing high performing teams, exceeding customer expectations, time management and operations planning.
