Individuals who are driven to earn our customers' trust and business every day, who act with integrity, who treat everyone fairly and value diversity, and who are accountable for their actions are welcome to show interest in becoming a member of our winning team.Job Purpose:To ensure the Home Delivery Quality Management System and all clerical activities are conducted in accordance with ISO 9001, while working to provide efficient service to customers, both internal and external.QualificationsJob Responsibilities:" Supervise clerical associates with daily activities and provide coaching and on-going training for all clerical functions" Facilitate communication to both internal and external customers, respond to all phone requests/inquires within the designated time window" Perform specific Inventory control and expense control related processes" Perform required processing of customer data based inquiries, both internal and external" Perform specific data input" Communicate effectively on all issues related to the daily operations of the department and the unit" Must meet deadlines and productivity/quality standards" Assist other departments as needed" Perform other miscellaneous duties as assignedSpecific Essential Functions:" Ability to read, write and speak English" Ability to solve problems" Ability to handle multiple tasks and stressful situations in a fast pace environment" Ability to follow directions" Ability to apply appropriate safety procedures and equipment to protect company and customer assets" Ability to work in non-air conditioned environment, where applicable" Ability to work variable and flexible hours including overtime" Ability to read and utilize reports as needed" Ability to follow ISO 9001 process guidelinesExperience/Education/Certification Requirements:" High School" Customer service and supervisory experience preferredBenefits14.00 - 19.40 per hourSears is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
