Load Coordinator

Knichel Logistics is looking to expand our full service brokerage division.  We are currently accepting resumes for the following full-time position:

 

Load Coordinator

Duties include, but are not limited to:

·                     Scheduling pick-ups and deliveries

·                     Tracking and tracing shipments

·                     Communicating via phone and email with customers and carriers

·                     Assist with rates for customers

 

All applicants must have the following capabilities:

·                     Excellent communication skills as well as computer skills

·                     Ability to multi-task

·                     Excellent networking abilities

·                     High level of drive, energy, and stress tolerance

·                     Must be a goal-oriented, self-motivated, team player

·                     Must be able to identify and resolve problems quickly

·                     Experience necessary with van, reefer, and flatbed freight

·                     Customer and carrier following is a plus
