Forklift Mechanic

 

Job Duties:

 

· Repairs and services fleet of propane and diesel forklifts.

· Performs regular inspections and preventive maintenance on forklifts according to manufacturer’s recommendations.

· Maintains current log of maintenance and repairs of all equipment.

· Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.

 

REQUIRED SKILLS:  

· 2 years experience in forklift repair including internal parts and preventive maintenance for both propane and diesel units with working knowledge of warehouse equipment.

· Valid Texas drivers license with clear DMV record. 

· Computer experience is helpful. 

· Must pass criminal background check.
