Operations Manager

We have an immediate opening for a highly motivated, results-oriented Operations Manager. This is a highly visible management position with key accountabilities and executive exposure. The Operations Manager responsibilities include administering and maintaining all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Manage hourly, salaried, and temporary associates in a high volume warehouse environment, including planning staffing levels on a daily and weekly basis. Interface daily with on-site customer, temp labor provider, other vendors and members of the SCC Management team. Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and manage all aspects of service on equipment. Ensure all inventory and damage processes are followed on a daily basis.
