We are seeking an Operations Manager for our Oklahoma City, OK station.  This position requires:

 strong organizational and communication skills a flexible work schedule the ability to plan, organize, and manage the operations in a manner that provides maximum customer service while maintaining a safe, productive, and cost-effective operation

 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

 daily time card entry weekly payroll duties hiring, training, quality assurance, productivity, dispatching, employee performance and vehicle maintenance and route work as needed



Requirements

The ideal candidate should have stable work history with at least one year supervisory experience in an operations role with a staff of ten or more. Requires good computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel. In addition, must be at least 21 yrs of age & have a valid OK Driver’s License with no more than one moving violation for past three years.  LSO has a zero-tolerance drug policy & conducts a thorough criminal background check.


Compensation package from mid $40Ks, including base and monthly bonus.
