POSITION PURPOSE

Assist Corporate Trainer, in ensuring that all orientation students complete all necessary requirements and paperwork for their personnel file and Department of Transportation regulations.

 

JOB FUNCTIONSOrganize new driver files and ensure that all necessary paperwork is included.Obtain necessary licenses (CDL, Hazardous materials, etc.) from new drivers.Organizes the physical, drug screen, and medical card process.Assists in other necessary areas as needed, including temporary instruction.Continuous assessment of TQM concepts and process improvement initiatives.Responsible for data reporting.



KEY KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCEAny combination of education and experience equivalent to a high school diploma. Have keen understanding of the over-the-road and/or tractor trailer driving experience.Ability to provide leadership and direction for new drivers.Good oral and written communication skills.Computer skills.Good interpersonal skills.

 This position has a schedule of Sunday-Thursday from 8:00am to 5:00pm
