Outbound Dock Supervisor

in our Sherman, TX location.

Responsibilities:

– Provide leadership & motivation to freight handlers & drivers

– Supervise associates & ensure timely, damage-free loading/unloading of freight

– Meeting customer/scheduling requirements & assisting freight handlers & drivers with daily activities

 

Requirements:

– College degree or comparable business experience in transportation/service industry

– Prefer 2 - 5 years of supervisory experience in LTL transportation industry

– Experience supporting a sales function is preferred

– Ability to multi-task

–  Effective planning & organizational skills

–  Willingness to work A.M. or P.M shifts
