About the OpportunityPrepares budgets and coordinates the monthly close.  Monitors and manages all aspects of the general ledger.About the Position Coordinates the preparation of operating budgets by working with the Controller, General Manager, and Vice President. Coordinates monthly close process for all locations. Responsible for monitoring and managing all aspects of the general ledger. Qualifications Expertise in the use of corporate financial and accounting systems, implementation of corporate financial practices, and the ability to analyze financial and operating information for management to facilitate decision making. Expertise in using Excel, QuickBooks, Great Plains and ADP Payroll preferred. MS Office skills to include Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Ability to meet aggressive deadlines and juggle multiple priorities. Maintains painstaking attention to detail, completing multiple or repetitive tasks. Demonstrates a serious commitment to accuracy and quality while meeting goals and deadlines. Ability to handle extremely confidential and sensitive information. Takes an exhaustive approach to every task.  Committed to comprehensive and in-depth analysis, planning, and implementation of every work effort. Easily analyzes and prioritizes information, distilling it to the critical issues and drawing accurate conclusions. Uses multiple resources, quantitative and qualitative research methodologies to capture and interpret information. Working knowledge of Fixed Asset Management. Willingness to work overtime. Education/Relevant ExperienceBachelor’s degree in accounting with a minimum 2 years’ experience.
