Europa Sports Products is the leading National distributor of sports vitamins and supplements headquartered in Charlotte, NC. Europa Sports has an immediate opportunity for a full-time Technical Support Technician, based out of our Mesquite, TX distribution facility.  The technical support technician is responsible for performing analysis, troubleshooting, break fix, and installing computer system hardware and software.  This position will also maintain computer systems, peripheral equipment and end user support for both of our Mesquite, TX and Fresno, CA distribution locations.

 

Candidate must have good effective written and oral communication skills, work well in a team environment, and manage time effectively.  Have familiar experience with Windows OS platforms, LAN/WAN communications and wireless technologies. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals with little or no supervision. Candidate must be self-motivating with strong initiative.  May lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.  This position will involve travel.
