Job Duties:

Duties include training, controlling workflow, championing safety, conducting shift meetings, tracking hours, improving productivity, scheduling employees, claims reduction, corrective actions, and identifying opportunities for improvement.

 

Skills/Qualifications:

 

- Minimum 2 years shipping/receiving experience in a distribution center environment

- Material handling equipment knowledge and the ability to operate a forklift

- Should have an understanding of computerized asset management systems, RF scanners, carrier shipping systems

- Should have the ability to work in a diversified environment. 

- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
