This experienced professional will help support the critical agent/contractor functions that are so important to our day to day operations. This position is housed in our Sterling, VA corporate call center. Some of the duties include:- data entry of all agent info and costs associated with each job.- help support TSA mandated requirements.- monitoring agent costs and make sure they adhere to rates established in contracts.- review agent invoices and make sure they match what is in the system.- Set up agents in various cities across the country so they can provide courier services to DHL SameDay. This includes reviewing contracts, entering payment information and making sure agents are familiar with all protocall. - working with agents to resolve any short payments or discrepencies.This position helps support general operations and billing functions; therefore exceptional computer skills are required - especially Excel and MSWord. Additionally a background in billing or invoicing is helpful. Applicants must be able to type at least 35 wpm and be able to communicate effectively with all levels of management.
