Provide callers with information on flights, fares, destinations, and special offers or products. Operates computer system to input and retrieve information regarding scheduling, fares, routing, destinations, and related services. Responds to calls using telephone sales and customer service techniques, to sell US Airways products and services to passengers and travel agents. Assists passengers (over the telephone) with flight information. Arranges for ticketing and special services. Provides assistance to specialty desks, as needed. Performs duties related to the above responsibilities, as necessaryJob Requirements: At least 18 years of age. High school diploma or equivalent Able to type 25wpm Two years of college or 2 years of customer service/sales experience Availability to work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays Ability to handle multiple duties on a daily basis; ability to operate under timelines Ability to function in high stress situations Ability to learn and understand job related policies and procedures People oriented, highly motivated with a positive and cooperative attitude Effective communication skillsPlease apply online and upload a current resume.
