Provide callers with information on flights, fares, destinations, and special offers or products. Operates computer system to input and retrieve information regarding scheduling, fares, routing, destinations, and related services. Responds to calls using telephone sales and customer service techniques, to sell US Airways products and services to passengers and travel agents. Assists passengers (over the telephone) with flight information. Arranges for ticketing and special services. Provides assistance to specialty desks, as needed.
