Call Center Manager

Petroleum Transport Company, Inc., a growing petroleum carrier with terminals located throughout the southeast, is seeking a Call Center Manager for our centralized call center in Pilot Mountain, NC.  Candidate will be responsible for supervising logistics coordinators as they direct a 100+ truck operation.  Qualified candidates must have a proven track record with experience in petroleum terminal management or petroleum dispatch communications.  Excellent computer skills including knowledge of Windows and Excel are a must.  Knowledge of Peoplenet and TMW software a plus.
