Corporate Travel Counselor Trainee

As a successful Corporate Travel Counselor, you will be responsible for assisting our many corporate clients with business travel arrangements. A typical day will include providing business travel services for air transportation, hotels, and auto rentals. You will counsel clients on efficient routes, lowest available fares, and exchange rates. Your ability to effectively manage client relations will be vital to the success of this position. American Express is an Equal Opportunity Employer. QUALIFICATIONS: Previous customer service experience is desired. Excellent written & verbal communication skills. Must be a flexible, self-starter who is motivated and a team player with strong interpersonal skills. Must demonstrate the ability to work well under pressure. Previous computer experience is required. Experience in a fast paced constantly changing environment. Airline computer reservation systems knowledge/experience a plus but not necessary.
