Tracks and makes decisions on treatment of corporate bad debt and DSO for cash flow purposes. Develops requirements for, and implements systems and procedures to facilitate and monitor the dunning and collection of past due accounts Reviews and approves recommendations for credit/CBO decisions. Prepares and presents management reporting as needed. Ensures timely and complete support for Bankruptcy claims and preference claim defenses. Supervises two or more staff; responsible for hiring, coaching, training, and developing subordinate staff. Assigns work, sets completion dates, reviews work, and manages performance in accordance with organizational policies, procedures, and performance management processes.
