Travel Coordinator

Key Tasks:Coordinating and booking travel arrangements according to corporate policy for company and commercial flights, hotel arrangements and other travel servicesCommunicate with employees and customers to determine travel purpose, destination, travel dates, accommodations and mode of transportation.Develop and maintain management reporting for flight department.All other duties as assigned.

QualificationsPrior experience with coordinating travel activities is preferred.Must be able to multitask in fast paced environment. Excellent computer skills and above average communication skills.

Operations Center Specialist

Work with leading edge computer technology monitoring multiple computer graphic screens to track plant operation activities.

Key Tasks:

 

·  Notifies facilities and provides direction when out of parameter conditions occur.

·  Remotely controls plant equipment for highly automated facilities.

·  Records events, follows procedures, and develops reports based on control system data.

 

Qualifications:

 

·  Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

·  Good communication skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. 

·  Ability to sit at a computer workstation for extended periods of time.

·  Requires the flexibility to work either 3 or 4, 12-hour shifts per week (6:00 - 6:15).

·  Mechanical or Electronic/Electrical background is helpful.
