Director, Outbound Sales
International Cruise & Excursions, Inc. (ICE) has an opportunity for a Director to join our Outbound Call Center Sales Team. ICE is an industry leader and one of the world's largest providers of Cruise Vacations. For more information, please view our website at www.iceenterprise.com Position Purpose Over see the recruiting, hiring and training of all outbound and membership sales agents for our packaged sales products. This includes management of supervisors, ongoing curriculum modification and development, delivery in multiple mediums and platforms, recurrent training specific to all areas of the sales and customer service process, impact analysis within all sales, customer service and operations functions, and strategic planning for future training initiatives to support our outbound sales business requirements. Major Duties & Responsibilities Operate and oversee all aspects of outbound sales from recruiting to performance of sales agents. Must have supervisory experience in live sales and call center environment. Lead a department that provides high volume dollars (approx. 23M) A leader with experience in training and motivating a sales organization of individuals & teams Leading the sales process of selling in person to the public Ideal experience in selling vacation club packages, or any type of travel related products "Hands on" leader and genuine business partner Proven experience in achieving and exceeding finanacial goals Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written) Excellent management and interpersonal skills Ability to maintain strategic perspective (see the big picture) yet work on a tactical level (work with details) Outstanding sales skills as it relates to a call center environment selling travel products Exceptional presentation skills Excellent project management skills and highly organized Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously without a decrease in effectiveness Must be able to work effectively with employees at all levels within the organization Highly creative and high energy personality Excellent skills with computer applications including MS Office, MS Project and MS Visio Must be a self-starter and work with minimal direction Minimum Qualifications for Consideration· A 4 year college or university degree in Business or Education related field Minimum 4 years experience in travel related field Experience supporting a call center sales organization Significant experience with sales training in a call center environment A minimum of 2 years of actual call center sales and customer service experience Excellent communications and presentation skills Team player Preferred Qualifications for Consideration Formal education and experience in Sales Training Proven sales and customer service excellence in a call center environment Knowledgeable understanding of commission sales mindset Current with the latest sales thought leaders Previous experience managing complex, multi-departmental projects Company: ICE Location: 10030 N 25 Avenue, 30 85021 Salary/Wage: Please provide salary requirement with response Status: Full Time, Employee Shift: Rotating Job Category: Sales/Retail/Business Development Work Experience: 2+ to 5 Years Career Level: Executive (SVP, VP, Department Head, etc) Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Company: ICE Email: Apply by Email
