Director of Compensation and Benefits

  Pacer International (PACR), a leader in the transportation industry is expanding its Human Resource Network and has an immediate need for a qualified Compensation and Benefits Director in Dublin, OH.   The Director of Compensation and Benefits is responsible for providing leadership in the development, implementation and administration of the Compensation and Benefit programs that support Pacer International’s strategic objectives. As the Director you have the responsibility to ensure Pacer offers competitive levels of pay and reward for employees, as well as competitive benefits.  The candidate must have 7+ years benefits administration experience, have analyzed compensation data, created compensation structures and implemented compensation programs. The qualified individual will possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience. Completion of Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) or Certified Benefits Professional (CBP) designation preferred. Evidence of effective leadership abilities necessary. Experience with ADP payroll software, HRIS applications, and various benefits vendor application preferred.
