FINANCIAL SYSTEMS ANALYST - ORACLE

 

Detailed Description:

 

Provide production support for Oracle Financial applications . Work directly with Accounting, Finance and Operations departments to support their financial/analytical system needs. Provide support in resolving Oracle and other functional systems issues. Provide support in the implementation of new systems initiatives and improvement projects. Resource for providing ad hoc financial reporting using Oracle Discoverer and other tools. Support training of Oracle modules. Key contact regarding functional questions for systems above. Provide support in technical development and analysis using TOAD, PL/SQL, Excel spreadsheets and other tools (e.g. Web based solutions). Work with remote Americas locations in support of responsible financial systems. This includes Canada, U.S., Mexico and South America locations. Work with the corporate entity in the United Kingdom as necessary for support of financial rollup and/or corporate initiatives.

 

Requirements:

 

Bachelor’s Degree in Business (Accounting, Finance or MIS)

Oracle Financials application experience, preferred (AP/AR/GL/FA/Purchasing/iProcurement)

Strong Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills

Programming languages experience (i.e. Java, VB, PL/SQL),

Other:  TOAD, Oracle Discoverer,  and other Oracle applications tools.
