Join an elite team of International Travel Consultants handling Business customers for Travelocity - the leading online travel service! You will be joining a large, fast growing team with the company that leads the industry! You will be responsible for communicating with and handling the international travel needs for corporate executives.



In this role you will:Quickly and accurately provide travel arrangement and support services for Travelocity Business customers including, but not limited to domestic and/or international Air, Car, Hotel, Rail, Ground Transportation, Group/meeting services, VIP and other services as required. Communicate on the phone with Travelocity Business International customers positively and effectively, and complete transactions quickly and accurately Provide accurate travel information, including routing and pricing information to facilitate customer decisions on itinerary selection and ticketing options for new air, car and hotel reservations and changes to existing reservations. Utilize the Travelocity Business customer support systems quickly and accurately to retrieve profile and itinerary data, create new reservations, add new itinerary segments, and change or cancel existing reservations. Understand and stay up-to-date on policies regarding corporate travel, policy compliance reporting, corporate negotiated and preferred supplier programs, convenience vs. low-cost focus, etc.

To be selected for this opportunity you will need to demonstrate:

A commitment to and a track record of providing World Class customer service to International Travelers. 3 to 5 years of recent Sabre experience in a Corporate Travel Agent experience focusing on International travel. A high level of expertise in reservations and reissues/exchanges, ticketing and customer service. An availability and willingness to work a variable schedule in a center open Monday through Friday, 5 a.m. to 8 p.m Highly professional, efficient and courteous attitude and personal presentation via telephone and /or face to face environment. Strong interpersonal skills, high level of accuracy and efficiency including ability to develop, offer and execute multiple itinerary and pricing options. Extensive knowledge of Native Sabre.
