Collette Vacations is seeking a Inside Sales Coach based out of our Corporate Headquarters located in Pawtucket, RI.

- Will be responsible for developing criteria for all inside sales employees related to sales, telephone techniques, tour product, policies, technical systems and procedures.

- Create and execute optimum operational coaching that will enhance the levels of proficiency with inside sales employees.

- Work with VP Sales to create goals and timelines that would be most effective in meeting training requirements

- Assist Regional Group Sales Manager with Account Executives execution, including inbound and outbound reservationists, group sales assistances and group operational employees

- Coach employees on sales techniques and lead generation
Teach tone, enthusiasm, outbound call techniques and general telephone etiquette and functionality

- Teach systems to enhance employee skill level, for both new employees and ongoing training with current Inside Sales Staff.

- Update and training reservation and group policies and procedures
