Collette Vacations is seeking an Inventory Specialist based out of our Corporate Headquarters located in Pawtucket, RI.

- Responsible for monitoring all inventory and making the appropriate recommendations and/or changes relating to all Collette Vacations products.

- Will monitor inventory by reviewing various reports and items retrieved from our reservation system and other programs (Siebel/Access/Excel).  Responsible for reviewing and processing every sales opportunity submitted by the sales team (in excess of 12,000 annually). 

- Maintain a report that shows the number of orders processed on a daily/weekly/monthly/annual basis.  This is to ensure that we meet our company goal of turnaround of orders within 24 hours.

- Coordinates information requests to the sales team and makes appropriate reductions, increases or other actions based on information gathered.  Liaisons with all operational and sales departments to ensure tours are being increased or decreased based on current bookings as compared to past booking history analysis.
