 ResponsibilitiesOverview: Collect, analyze and report benefits-related financial data and work with Benefits Team to handle health & welfare plans and vendor contracts. Perform benefits-related financial analysis. Perform benefits-related financial reporting. Collect, analyze and produce high-level summary financial data. Research requests and review and compile data pertaining to benefit programs and/or vendors. Analyze and define trends for health & welfare process improvements / regulation changes / plan changes / automation. Facilitate technical discussions between HRIS, Payroll, and vendors. Ensure health & welfare processes adhere to applicable governmental regulations. Analyze and problem-solve escalated employee issues. Coordinate with the appropriate partners (Legal, Payroll, Benefits Team members, vendors) to ensure timely resolution. Recommend and implement solutions to streamline administrative processes to decrease cost and/or improve employee satisfaction. Audit processes and vendors. Assist with external and internal audits as needed. Assist with compliance filings, reporting and disclosures. Back-up other Benefits Team members. Other duties as required.QualificationsKnowledge, skills, and abilities required: · 3-5 years experience with duties listed above. College degree with strong analytical experience and skills, MBA preferred. Systems thinking skills, i.e., experience using knowledge of the relationships between data and complex processes in order to move project forward. Strong project management skills. Strong data management skills - must be comfortable building spreadsheets in MS Excel. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Pro-active customer conflict resolution skills. Team player with strong interpersonal skills and experience in cross-divisional projects. Strong multi-tasking skills. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Business Acumen. Must be legally authorized to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship.
