As a Marketing Coordinator:

Take the lead between the Tactical Communications Department, Email Service Provider (ESP) and Holland America Lines’s internal e-teams on all strategic and tactical technology issues:

Oversee and direct other Marketing Coordinators in relation to job duties, scheduling and best practices.Work with copy writer and graphics team to ensure clear communications and brand consistency.Work with assigned product managers to gather input needed to produce tactical communications projects.

Requirements

3 + years of Marketing experience1-2 years of work experience in fast-paced agency or in-house equivalent in account service, traffic or project management capacityExcellent teamwork, communication and time management skillsKnowledge of Word and Excel and OutlookAbility to work late hours or overtime as necessary to complete key projectsPrefer degree in advertising, journalism, communications or marketingKnowledge of travel industry useful but not required
