Collette Vacations is seeking a Product Operations Coordinator for our Corporate Headquarters located in Pawtucket, RI.

- Responsible for the building of the reservations screens in Collette Vacations operations system.  This includes building the tour package rates for all tour components. 

- Responsible for clearing all waitlisted bookings for hotel reservations by e-mailing, calling or faxing hotels for availability, advising Collette agent of status, and adding the additional inventory into the reservations system.

-Responsible for relocating driver and/or guide to alternate hotels in order to clear waitlisted passengers and at times, negotiating room rates for driver, guide, or additional passengers.

- Responsible for adjusting components in the Collette Vacations Operations System for any tour changes involving the first or last hotel on a tour or any hotel change on an extension package.  Will re-build tour components and add inventory for the new hotel accordingly. Build contract for specific hotel that is not built in package so that it can be booked.

- Processes all steps related to the itinerary & tour change forms for their specific territory.  This means making sure the correct layout items are built, allotment details are correct and all pricing is accurate.

- Process canceled tours from start to finish by canceling the specific package date by changing the status of tours in the operations system.  Cancel vendor reservations and process all cancel letters notifying the vendors. It is mandatory that each vendor received a cancellation notice.
