George Krapf Jr. & Sons, Inc. is looking for a full-time transportation assistant to work in our Glenmoore, PA facility - Monday through Friday.

 

POSITION SUMMARY:

Duties include providing general office support, processing site payroll, performing receptionist duties such as answering & directing phone calls, reconciling invoices, working with site manager and human resources for certain employee related issues and the ability to handle and maintain confidential information.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Clear written and verbal communications

· Excellent customer service skills

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Positive attitude

· Good organizational skills and attention to detail

· Computer literacy and very good typing skills

· Demonstrate attention to detail

·  Valid Driver’s license with CDL with school bus endorsement,

or willingness to obtain one

·  Willingness to work a flexible schedule
