Travel E-Marketing Coordinator
Due to rapid growth, this large travel company is seeking an E-Marketing Coordinator in their Marketing Department in Wisconsin.
The role of the E-Marketing Coordinator includes oversight of multi-medium online marketing efforts with special emphasis on driving quality traffic to our website(s) and generating online revenue. In this position, you will be working closely with the E-Business team to develop and implement Internet marketing strategies, to support both our offline and online business models. The primary objectives are to enhance the company’s brand online, while developing new ways to grow the key segments of businesses online (air, cruise, event tickets, groups and tour travel).Responsibilities:
Oversee daily multi-medium e-marketing efforts Partnership marketing - develop new, and maintain existing on-going sales promotions, to include budget planning and assigning responsibilities Completion and implementation of annual online marketing plan for the company and individualized marketing plans for preferred travel vendors Provide online marketing direction to include scheduling, product selection, and further develop online marketing opportunities and travel vendor involvement Maintain awareness and skills consistent with market needs/trend Oversee acquisition and retention email marketing programs, including strategy, target market, campaign objectives, event triggers, content creation and measurement analysis Research and develop online promotions targeted at driving traffic to the website Research and test niche markets to target and complete marketing plan for rollout of each Provide direction in development and implementation of on-line marketing strategies and promotions, and coordination with off-line marketing strategies and promotions Review marketing research and new program analyses, on-line research of niche markets, and the acquisition and retention of email marketing programs targeted at driving traffic to the company web sites, and oversee client database updates and analyses Investigate, suggest and implement new electronic marketing ideas as well as develop and evolve existing ideas, ensuring the best possible return on investment Ensure an accurate, high standard of work that presents the company’s products and services in a professional and innovative manner, consistent with the companies values and style

8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday-Friday, minimum 40 hours per week required including some weeknights and weekends
Requirements:
Travel industry experience is mandatory. 1+ to 2 years of experience in the travel industry with an airline, on-line travel Company, cruise Line, hotel chain, resort chain, or tour company. Candidate must have significant experience using, SEO, SEM and HTML. Minimum Education - Associate's Degree. Bachelors or Associate Degree in Marketing or closely-related field is preferred. Understanding of partnership marketing and promotion development preferred Effective time-management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Advanced working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop CS, Adobe Acrobat Standard, HTML, and MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Outlook Successful track record running online marketing campaigns Familiarity with dynamic scripting language such as PHP, ASP, or Cold Fusion Willingness to Travel – Occasionally Compensation:
