Ryder is seeking a Truck Maintenance Sr. Service Manager who will be responsible for providing performance management of Truck maintenance personnel in several locations, to include training technicians, responsibility for safety and quality assurance and provide excellent customer service, within a Preventative Maintenance environment. Education/Experience/Skills/Required Qualifications: Qualified candidates should have an AA degree and 3-5 years, truck or heavy equipment, repair shop management experience with strong leadership, training and customer service skills. Technical knowledge and diagnostic ability in diesel repairs are essential. Knowledge of Shop Mgmt System helpful.
