Ryder’s Fleet Management Solutions (FMS) business segment combines several capabilities into a comprehensive package that provides one-stop outsourcing of the acquisition, maintenance, management and disposal of vehicles. Ryder’s commercial rental service offers customers a method to expand their fleets in order to address specific or short-term capacity needs. Ryder is seeking a Vehicle Sales Coordinator who will be responsible for all administrative and processing support at a Ryder Vehicle Sales Center. The incumbent is responsible for tracking all inventories, from receipt through end of sale. In addition, this position supports the Vehicle Sales Manager and/or Vehicle Sales Center Manager in staging, marketing, assisting with Ryder Financing, and selling all used vehicles at a Vehicle Sales Center. Candidate will also be responsible for effectively handling Ryder customers from sale agreement throughout the end of the warranty period. Incumbent will also play a vital role in the marketing of vehicles for sale by coordinating direct mail and follow-up mail campaigns. Education/Experience/Skills/Required Qualifications: Minimum of three years of Ryder or industry experience in a variety of sales or sales support assignments. Must possess strong communication skills, technical aptitude; and be proficient with computers to include MS Office. Excellent interpersonal skills are a requirement for this position.
