Analyst The Ohio Department of Transportation is seeking an individual who can conduct statistical analysis for construction contract bidding to determine and identify variances or trends in bids, pricing, and bid patterns with education or experience in engineering, cost estimating and/or working with heavy highway contractors. Qualifications: Completion of undergraduate core program in business or public administration; and 1 year experience in research & analysis & written documentation of findings. Preferred qualifications include education or experience in engineering, cost estimating or working with heavy highway contractors; statistics, economics, or mathematics; knowledge of SAS programming & databases; experience with economic, market, or bid analysis; & excellent communication & presentation skills are a must.
