Contracts Attorney

The Contracts Attorney works with a team of professionals to draft and negotiate customer and vendor agreements.  Primary responsibilities will include advising business teams on contract negotiations and related legal issues. The ideal candidate will have excellent negotiation and communication skills, and be able to manage projects independently. Prior in-house experience and understanding of regulatory compliance issues is a plus. Recent Law School graduates will be considered for this role.
