Office Manager

United Site Services, a national company and industry leader in construction services, seeks Office Manager with minimum 4 years experience in management of office functions, employee supervision, and/or accounting.  Preferred 3 years of directly applicable experience as a HR Generalist.  Equivalent of high school diploma or G.E.D. certification requested.  Must be proficient in Microsoft Applications, especially Excel.
Job responsibilities will include, but are not be limited to:
·  Evaluating office production, revising procedures, or devising new methods and practices. Continuously will work to improve office operations efficiency.

·  Analyzes and organize office operations and procedures such as typing, bookkeeping, flow of correspondence, filing, requisition of supplies, schedules appointments, makes travel arrangements, routes incoming and outgoing mail, and other clerical services.

·  Training employees in telephone coverage, data entry and administrative duties.

·  May assist in the preparation of the budget, general ledger reconciliation, month end closing and other projects.

· Provide coaching and counseling on performance management issues, conflict management and resolution in accordance with Company policies.

· Work with the  Human Resources executive leadership to execute HR strategic initiatives in alignment with the Company's business strategy.

· Develop attraction and retention programs designed to encourage a positive, issue-free work environment.

· Coordinate with local management team and HR management team to facilitate delivery of Performance & Learning programs for management and employees.

· Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
