Operations Supervisor FCR Inc., the recycling operation of Casella Waste Systems, Inc. has an immediate opening for an Operations Supervisor in their Charlotte, NC facility. Responsibilities include supervision and training of plant employees, enforcing safety regulations and managing budgets. The ability to review and measure daily productivity and increase efficiency is required, along with a minimum of at least three years of supervisory experience. A strong commitment to workplace safety and a working knowledge of OSHA regulations are required, along with good verbal and written communication skills and Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
