Position Description:
JOB SUMMARY:Administers assigned category or program to ensure company receives optimal value and service in accordance with contractual agreements and PSC policies, practices and procedures.PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:* Administers and coordinates the day-to-day activities of the Overhead services category and programs including but not limited to: o Wireless communication device programs, o Capital project purchase flows (AFE) and associated documentation,o Overhead procurement programs such as IT support products, refreshments services, and company wide fuel card programs.* Enhances wireless agreements and optimizations with key vendors.* Manages all wireless devices within the organization (ordering, replacement, cancellations, etc)* Manages the flow of capital project purchases from AFE development to final payment process (included are AFF documentations, titles, registrations, delivery, fleet database documentation, etc)* Manages the companies Fuel card program on a daily basis. Handles all card orders, financial coding, transfers, etc. * Delivers key industry, market and category/commodity information to Procurement including timely analysis, commodity benchmarking and strategic sourcing process management of several commodities.* Builds RFI’s. RFQ’s and RFP’s, negotiates with suppliers, oversees supplier performance measurement and recommends sourcing recommendations and decisions.* Researches and analyzes expenditures of products and services in all divisions through Oracle data, GL data, card data, and division information and participation.* Prepares spend reports for various commodity products and services.* Researches and evaluates compliance for products and services for various commodities.* Develops reports, presentations, and other materials related to analysis * Assists with the research of complementary enabling technologies, industry trends, and market information* Performs other duties as required.MEASURES OF PERFORMANCE:* Savings in wireless market basket through optimizations and cell plan enhancementsEDUCATION/CREDENTIALS:* Associates degreeJOB RELATED EXPERIENCE:* 2-5 years Industry experience in the field of wireless communications* Must HAVES are: contract management, and plan optimizationsDEMONSTRATED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, COMPENTENCIES AND ABILITIES:* Strong customer support skills* Strong analytics* Advanced user of Microsoft products including Word and Excel-developing and managing databases, graphical functions, linking spreadsheets through formulas, Access, Project, PowerPoint and Visio* Advanced experience utilizing Oracle or other financial system for GL analysis* Proficiency using the internet* Ability to collect, scrub, and normalize data* Ability to compute, sort and prepare data* Ability to perform trend analysis, manage projects* Arithmetic calculations such as multiplication, division, addition, and subtraction* Prioritizing and working with multiple deadlines* Analytical - Collecting and researching data.* Maintains confidentiality* Uses good judgment* Problem Solving - Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; Gathers and analyzes information skillfully.* Customer Service - Responds promptly to customer needs; Responds to requests for service and assistance; Meets commitments.* Oral Communication - Listens and gets clarification; Responds well to questions.* Written Communication - Writes clearly and informatively; Presents numerical data effectively.* Organizational Support - Follows policies and procedures; Completes administrative tasks correctly and on time. * Planning/Organizing - Prioritizes and plans work activities; Uses time efficiently.* Professionalism - Approaches others in a tactful manner; Reacts well under pressure; Treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position; Accepts responsibility for own actions.* Quality - Looks for ways to improve and promote quality.* Quantity - Completes work in timely manner.* Adaptability - Manages competing demands; Able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events.* Dependability - Follows instructions, responds to management direction; Takes responsibility for own actions; Keeps commitments.WORKING ENVIRONMENT:* Office environment
