Safety-Kleen Systems, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Sales Support Administrator in Atlanta, GA.  This individual is responsible for supporting the proposal development process for the National Accounts sales group in the development of proposals, quotations and presentations as a Subject Matter Expert on Safety-Kleen’s product, services and equipment specifications and applications, with an emphasis on Industrial environmental services.

 Responsibilities Manage and assist proposal development process in providing detailed responses and specifications on features, uses and benefits pertaining to SK services and equipmentAnalyze customer requests for proposal requirements and deadlines to determine S-K resources necessary for the response.Develop product and service corporate resource library for use in future responses.Assure profitable pricing is consistent with basic economics of S-K offerings.Act as a resource on environmental regulatory applications.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience in marketing, sales or technical support.Minimum of 5 years experience in technical writing or presentation development.Ability to interact across multiple areas in the company, gathers information, and assimilates into useful components of communications to customers.Experience in government bids, proposals and pricing preferred.Broad understanding of products, services, pricing particularly environmental support services including parts washing, separator services, oil collection, waste management.Excellent written commutations skillsExcellent technical writing skillsWell organized, manages multiple concurrent activities and deadlines.Proficient in MS office applications
