Essential responsibilities and duties include:Develop and update templates for proposals, reports, plans, checklists, etc.Develop and review/edit proposals, plans, reports, etc.Document QC program implementationDocument storage system development and maintenanceTracking status of proposals and documents during timeframes for development and deliverySubmit weekly status report to the Consulting Services ManagerAssist with the development of service marketing materialsDevelop document packaging for plans, reports, etc.Provide internal technical writing skill training

 Most important responsibility:WOW! Internal and external customers

Ideal candidates will possess:

· Bachelor or graduate degree in Communications, English, Marketing…

· 2 - 4 years related experience (e.g., writing, editing, publishing, teaching, …)

· Excellent writing and editing skills

· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

· Strong verbal communication and organizational skills

· Works/communicates well with technical staff
