Safety-Kleen Systems, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Territory Sales Manager in Vincentown (Philadelphia), NJ. 

 

Responsibilities

·  Training and developing direct reports

·  Aid direct reports in closing new sales

·  Monitoring and evaluating performance

·  Developing relationships and partnerships with customers and vendors

·  Recruit and hire

·  Working on business plans/corrective action plans

·  Scheduling

·  Resolving customer issues

·  Reading and responding to emails

·  Attending and conducting conference calls

·  Other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications 

·  Bachelor’s degree in Management / Marketing preferred

·  Alternative combinations of education and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree

·  Previous sales management experience preferred

·  General management experience working with a sales staff

·  Sales Reps with a proven track record and at least three years experience may be considered
