Key Code Media is now looking for an experienced Account Payable Specialist.

Duties are:Process the incoming A/P mail.

Process A/P invoices (code and obtain proper authorization) on a timely basis.



Weekly Computer check runs, including the manual checks posting.



Interact with the vendors to resolve the outstanding balances, issues and concerns.



Process the receiving entries.



Process the repetitive invoices on a monthly basis.



Keep binder of fixed asset detail.



Process Bi-weekly payrolls.
