Accounts Receivable Clerical

Self Starter, ability to work with minimal supervision.

Must have tenacious personality to resolve issues to the company's satisfaction.

Detail oriented individual who can maintain and enhance relationships.

General accounting skills to support month-end closing procedures.

Responsible for researching and disputing charges incurred by customers serviced.  Ability to interact internally and externally with various department such as sales, customer service, shipping to verify legitimate charges and contest/dispute unreasonable charges.

Develop customer relationships via phone and email to prevent/reduce chargebacks.

Ability to understand customer and carrier procedures to dispute and file claims.

Responsible for daily invoicing for select customers for merchandise and freight.

Other responsibilities as required.
