Accounts Receivable Coordinator

Dynamic Brands is the parent company for Bag Boy Company, Baby Jogger Company, AMF Golf. and Slotline Golf.  The four brands operate as separate divisions under the Dynamic Brands corporate umbrella in Richmond, VA.  We are currently seeking to hire an Accounts Receivable Coordinator.

 

Responsibilities:Receive and post daily bank deposit.Process payments for customers.Establish new credit accounts according to company policy and guidelines.  Research customer’s issues regarding payments, credits or pricing errors.  Make adjustments as necessary. Post credits to invoices and research to make sure correct amount of credit was issued Business to business collection calls to negotiate arrangements on past due invoices. 

Requirements:2+ years commercial credit experience.  Associate degree in accounting or finance or combination of education and related work experience.  Strong attention to detail excellent organizational skills.Excellent customer service and ability to work well with others. PC proficiency; Intermediate to advanced Excel knowledge required.Strong math skills.
