A well established, high growth international import/export company has created a new, permanent position as an Adinistrative Assistant managed by the Corporate Controller.
 

Job Purpose:

Assist Controller in general accounting functions and assist with various office duties as needed.

Duties:

The position encompasses various activites including management of accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, document reconciliation, inventory management and general assisting of the Controller.


Skills/Qualifications:

The position requires a high degree of multi-task organizational capabilites, attention to accuracy and detail combined with a highly motivated, positive attitude.

The compensation package includes a pay scale commensurate wih experience and a range of benefits including health insurance, profit sharing and 401k plans.
