Administrative Supervisor

Knipex Tools, a German hand tool manufacturer, is adding an Administrative Supervisor to our growing  U.S. sales office. This full time position reports directly to the US President.


Knipex is the world’s largest manufacturer of high quality pliers for the professional tradesman. We distribute our tools through classic professional distribution; automotive, industrial, electrical and construction distributors.

 

Responsibilities Include:

AP / AR / GL

Pricing / Invoicing


Basic tax support
Inventory / Forecasting support

Statistical reporting of sales and financial data
Assisting  President with various projects as needed
Assisting company with basic PC support

Other sales support administrative duties


Qualifications Include:

Advanced level skills with Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)



SAP knowledge a definite plus
3-5 years of experience in accounting, administration
Associate or BS degree in accounting  or significant experience is preferred.
Excellent time management and organizational skills

Candidate is an energetic, confident, self-motivated, team player with the ability to prioritize

Sales / Marketing department experience preferred, but not required

Ability to treat sensitive / confidential information with appropriate discretion
Able to take initiative, self-directed and results-oriented.
Ability to work additional hours as needed
