If you are knowledgeable in wholesale distribution and are an expert at growing company revenues and increasing market share, then we want to hear from you.  You must have the ability to create new selling opportunities, achieve results by properly leading and directing others, and be able to maintain positive working relationships between departments.  You must have a passion for growing a sales department, have outstanding negotiating skills, have an understanding of working with national accounts and take personal ownership of your department and team.  Must be comfortable in B2B settings calling on all levels and have experience at hiring, firing, developing successful teams, and providing staff training in a highly competitive environment.  You have positive energy that rubs off on employees and creates a synergy of success throughout the organization

Additional Information:

Compensation: $80,000 + achievable first year (base plus heavy bonus) with no earnings cap

Other Requirements:

Valid Iowa Drivers License

Valid Car Insurance

No DWI’s within last 5 years

Ability to lift 50 lbs

Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen

Limited overnight travel

College Degree Preferred but not required

Sales Management experience with successful track record growing revenues and market share
