In this position, you will be the one who supports sales operations; prepares quotations and proposals; tracks orders and deliveries; researches scheduling problems; refers contracts for review and approval; keeps customers informed; provides information to management.

Qualifications

Required

Experience relaying sensitive information to appropriate parties. Keeps clients, superiors, peers, and direct reports updated based on their information needs.

Has supervised the use of various media such as newsletters, the intranet, and other interdepartmental systems of communication to keep employees informed of new company developments and events.

Has superior organizational skills. Keeps files and work area organized. Maintains a comprehensive library of reference and historical data.

Manages time effectively. Uses work plans to prioritize competing and interdependent tasks and meet deadlines.

Develops sales strategies, techniques and tactics based on customer feedback and market environment.

Experience developing communication procedures such as forms, publications, and databases.

Preferred

Expert at using database, spreadsheet, and word-processing software to prepare various versions of complex statistical and written summary reports for different levels of management.

BA or equivalent experience.
