Bilingual Buyer's Assistant

The Grocers Supply Co., Inc., is one of Houston’s largest Wholesale Grocery Distributor, has an immediate opening for a Benefit Administrative Assistant for the Houston Area.

Candidate will be responsible for placing orders, verifying pricing and working with vendors, traffic and other departments. Candidate will also be responsible for answering phones and providing excellent customer service. Ideal candidate will also be responsible for other administrative duties such as maintaining a spreadsheet for traffic department; keep up with status of open orders Ability to organize, prioritize and multi task, reliable and dependable, 10-Key by touch, computer literate, excellent communication and customer service skills, detail oriented, and excellent follow through. Also, must be able to communicate in Spanish/English in written and oral form.
