We are currently seeking a Collection Specialist in Addison, IL.  Position Description: The Collection Specialist will be responsible for contacting customers on past due balances. · Resolve customer invoice problems with the help of sales and customer service.· Negotiate payment terms with customers who have outstanding balances.· Research and resolve problems and disputes.· Work with Credit Analyst to compile data for month end reports for management.Required Qualifications: Minimum 2 years collection experience required. High school/GED diploma required with an Associate’s degree in Accounting preferred.
